RealINSIGHT Marketplace is the online commercial real estate auction platform with the highest sell-through rate in the CRE industry. Marketplace was launched in 2017 by a team of commercial real estate professionals whose goal was to create a better way for CRE investors, brokers, and property owners to connect and efficiently list, market, and close CRE deals online. In order to remain the industry leader in CRE auctions, our Marketplace team recognizes that we need to continually evolve our technology and marketing to ensure that our online investors, brokers, and property owners receive the best CRE auction experience and ultimately close more deals than any other online auction website. The main reason we are able to successfully continue selling commercial properties at the rate that we do is because of our people. Our team brings together employees with not only, diversified commercial real estate backgrounds in retail, hospitality, office, industrial, multifamily, and land, but also in real estate asset management, underwriting, acquisitions, dispositions, and includes experts in marketing, lead generation, and technology.
