The Lodge

This beautiful limestone and corrugated metal lodge boasts a modern-rustic exterior and versatile indoor event space. High ceilings adorned with wooden beams, sliding barn doors, and polished concrete floors add character. The event area features locally sourced cedar details in the restrooms, trim, and counter spaces. Large windows allow extra light for a bright, spacious feel and look out across the ranch. A large covered patio runs lengthwise across the back of the lodge, ideal for extra space, grilling, or a backyard cocktail hour.

The lodge can host up to 150 guests and is equipped with a large, double-oven kitchen, men's and women's restrooms, storage room, and A/V capabilities.

There are 2 bedrooms in The Lodge. One bedroom is located inside the Lodge, which can serve a variety of purposes and one private attached bedroom with full bathroom.

Live Oak Hall

This modern event space can host up to 350 seated guests. The exterior features a clean white with black trim. Metal farmhouse wall sconces provide extra light on the wraparound porch so guests can enjoy the outdoor patio and lawn space well into the evening. Roasting marshmallows around the fire pit makes any event unforgettable.

Inside, a cedar-plank accent wall frames the large bar equipped for serving food or beverages. High metal-beam ceilings with several large fans make this space ideal for large gatherings, even during the hot summer months. The surrounding Texas-sized glass bay doors allow floor-to-ceiling views when closed and are fully retractable to let the breeze flow through.

The hosting possibilities are endless: weddings, conferences and conventions, guest speakers, and more.

The Live Oak Building is equipped with a commercial kitchen that opens through swinging doors, water fountains, restrooms, and A/V capabilities.

A limestone rock wall separates the (3) 500-Gallon water catchment systems for water conservation and eco-friendly rainwater use. These cisterns make water available during drought seasons. Out here, every rancher does their part to conserve and protect resources, especially with fluctuating seasons.

The Game Room

It's not a party without darts, billiards, and drinks. The game room is the perfect place for the wedding party to get ready and have some fun, complete with a built-in island or bar. The spacious game room opens up to a private bunkhouse with private men's and women's restrooms with showers for overnight events.
