Orange Spring was one of Florida's first tourist attractions and is currently on the National Register of Historic Places. The property dates back to 1852 when it was known as a “health resort” and “watering-place.”

Currently, the property has a Consumptive Use Permit which allows for the harvest of up to nearly 200,000 ± gallons of water per day from the spring. This permit is active until 2031 and also has a renewal option.

The bottling and distribution facility allows for the processing, blowing, filling, packaging, & distribution of custom-labeled bottled water on site. Additionally, there is a bulk water distribution system in place to further generate income.

All zoning and land use regulations are in place for bottling use and operations. Zoning is B2 and Agriculture with a Special Use Permit to allow business. Land Use is Commercial. A phase one report confirms there are no environmental issues on site.
