The Solar Farm generates electrical power and is tied to Tri-State Electric Membership Corporation, which is linked to the Tennessee Valley Authority (Tva).

An ongoing, transferable written agreement is in place in 10 year increments where the power generated, is sold to the Utility at a premium.

This solar farm currently generates $48,000-$60,000 annually in power income. Tracking history output performance is available upon request. Agreement with the TVA has clause for rate change increase, should residential rates increase.

Coming off of Georgia Hwy 5/515 turn west onto 60 (Mineral Bluff Hwy) follow on, going through the 4 way stop intersection. In a few more miles the Solar Farm can be seen on the hillside on your right. There is another Solar Power generating field set up right next to this one on the right, which is not for sale (it is differentiated by white spray paint on its columns).
