The land area of the site is approximately 15,544 sq. ft. 0.36 acres. Business Overview Additionally, the subject property includes a 3,000 square foot unbranded C-Store. In 2018 the seller did extensive updates to the store with new store front fascia, new flooring throughout, new condensing units for the coolers, a new Hvac system, new cooler doors, a new hot water heater, and LED lighting. The store is also equipped with a full kitchen and a Passport POS system. Although no fuel agreement is in place, the seller has been approached by multiple brands with financial incentives.
