This is a “four-season” camp and can be rented to summer families, fall hunters and snowmobilers in wintertime as a main New York state trail runs right through the property.

The owner/manager’s house is a three bedroom, two bathroom ranch with electric heat and 200 amp service with a back-up generator panel hook-up. The dwelling features a full, finished walkout basement with a woodstove, bar and half bath. New windows were installed in 2010, as well as new, wall-to-wall carpet also in 2010. The property has a drilled 45’ well and an additional wood stove on the main floor. The property includes a 60 x 40’ pole barn for equipment storage with a 12' overhead door, concrete floor storage areas and separate electrical service.
