193 Acres with Wastewater Spray Irrigation Field & Equipment
INFORMATION: 100± Acre Land Application Hayfield with all the equipment in place (Las) located on 200± acres next to a new modern Processing facility with everything in place to bring on-line for utilizing the disposal of many types of products.
This facility was part of a JP Stephens Textile Facility that closed in 1999.
The land and infrastructure was developed in 1982 and consists of approximately 100± acres (Las) with approx. 100± acre buffer area, joining the new Coastal Processing Facility and update City of Louisville Waste Water Facility, Water Production Plant. There is an abundance of natural gas available also.

The site is divided into five (5) injection areas each containing a hose hydrant and ten (10) spray areas.
The site is surrounded with a buffer zone to provide room for the tractor turnaround, provide area to eliminate wind drift, prevent any disturbance on the surrounding properties and provide a visual barrier.
IMPROVEMENTS: Two 24” Morris 700 Gpm, 3 phase, 480, sludge pumps with all piping & motors in place
250,000 gallon concrete holding tank with 480 volt, 3-phase mixer, agitator and motor with gear box.
Two complete high efficiency air injection blowers 290 CPM (cubic feet minute).
One 3-phase complete air compressor with all attachments.
One 800 amp Westinghouse Motor Control Center
One stainless steel PLC cabinet with all controllers, relays, contractors.
Two Boss spray reels and trailers
Two spray nozzles and trailers (rebuilt)
Ten 6” discharge valves located in hay field.
Seven EPD approved monitor wells with drilling logs. All equipment has operated in the past six years.
Fenced in block building including all PLC equipment and air compressors.
The digester, pump and blower building and equipment storage shed are located in the center of the site.
