Dan basically grew up in the real estate business and is a Past President of the Thomasville Area Board of Realtors, Past Realtor of the Year for TABOR and currently serves as a director for the Thomasville Area Board. Dan has also served as the president of the GA Chapter of Realtors Land Institute and is currently on the Board of Directors for GA RLI. Dan was the 2008 President for the Thomasville Exchange Club. Dan believes in Education. He is always trying to find a better way to do something. Dan is one of a handful of people in South Georgia who hold the Accredited Land Consultant designation. Dan also has the Graduate Realtor Institute designation (GRI), and completed the Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) designation. Dan Graduated from Valdosta State College in 1991 (Speech Communications), (Kappa Alpha), and later went back to now Valdosta State University and earned his Graduate Degree in Public Administration. Dan married Kayce Palmer of Thomasville in 1997 and they have two daughters and a son, Charlotte, Emmaline, and Colin. They are members of First Baptist Church in Thomasville. Salt Water Fly Fishing is Dan’s favorite pursuit and during the Winter time hunting runs a close second.
